    Benchmark Corp est une organisation en croissance rapide qui se spécialise dans l’aide aux clients dans leur transformation numérique au sein du marché canadien. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un EIS bilingue pour nous joindre à notre équipe afin de soutenir notre croissance dans les marchés d’Ottawa, du Québec et du gouvernement fédéral. Le candidat idéal est une personne hautement organisée et dynamique qui aime travailler dans un environnement dynamique et dynamique, établir des relations et avoir un état d’esprit de croissance.

    Principales responsabilités :

    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chargés de compte dans l’interaction quotidienne avec les utilisateurs finaux ainsi que dans le développement et l’intégration de nouveaux clients
    • Établir et maintenir une communication active avec les chargés de compte et les clients par téléphone, par courriel ou en personne
    • Participation aux réunions et aux présentations des clients
    • Déterminer et soumettre les inscriptions aux occasions, le cas échéant, ainsi qu’une compréhension des programmes d’inscription par l’entremise de plusieurs partenaires.
    • Préparation des devis, traitement des commandes et facturation selon les lignes directrices de Benchmark
    • Remplir les attestations de vente applicables
    • Établir et entretenir des relations avec les personnes-ressources du fabricant et de la distribution
    • Créer divers rapports pour l’équipe de vente en s’assurant qu’ils sont opportuns et pertinents
    • Recommander des possibilités d’amélioration des opérations et des processus dans le rôle de RSR
    • Gérer tous les projets spéciaux assignés par la direction
    • Aider les membres de l’équipe au besoin

    Qualifications et expérience

    • Anglais et français courants
    • De 4 à 5 ans d’expérience à un poste de support commercial
    • Expérience au sein du gouvernement fédéral souhaitable
    • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial souhaité
    • Solides compétences en communication organisationnelle, écrite et orale
    • Capacité de travailler de façon autonome ou en équipe tout en travaillant sous pression
    • Maîtrise de Word, Excel et PowerPoint

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Serve as the subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing the technical, development, or strategic IT requirements
    • Pre-sales expert with focus on converged infrastructure and the automation and orchestration required
    • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods to obtain solutions

    Required skills

    • University degree and/or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent
    • 5-7 years of progressive experience in designing, architecting, analyzing, supporting, and integrating enterprise infrastructure and application initiatives, solutions, and projects
    • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
    • Able to perform demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) at customer locations as required
    • Self driven and able to work independently when required
    • Experience in converged and hyper-converged infrastructure
    • Track record of providing high level estimates and solutions architecture based on requirements
    • Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools
    • Exhibits solid business knowledge, and advanced knowledge of technology industry, products, and processes, involving exposure to multiple disciplines and/or multiple industries
    • Strong VMware knowledge is an asset
    • Linux knowledge is an asset
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
    • Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders in both technical and business audience
    • Practical experience with Agile methods
    • Cloud architecture and industry tools knowledge (private, public, hybrid) and understanding of 3rd platform solutions (devops, container based and de-coupled distributed applications) knowledge
