Luc Villeneuve, Benchmark’s President, is a respected male gender diversity advocate and regularly hosts events to share the latest thought leadership for driving change.

His most recent event was at FWD50 where he joined Sarah Paquet, EVP, Shared Services Canada, and Martin Bernier, CIO, University of Ottawa, for a panel discussion on the role of male allies in gender diversity. He writes regularly for the Globe and Mail Leadership Lab on the need for more men to advocate for equality. Luc is an alumnus of Ottawa’s Algonquin College and was honoured in 2019 with their Alumni Award of Distinction for Business and also nominated for one of the prestigious Premier’s Award.

Helen Notley

Since joining Benchmark, Helen has focused on providing guidance and support through the development of Human Resources policies that advance the company’s core values. She is responsible for implementing initiatives related to people engagement and activities to increase and drive the Benchmark culture.

As Manager of People and Culture, Helen manages all initiatives related to new employee onboarding and orientation. She also oversees and manages compensation and benefits plan for the organization. She identifies and addresses issues that affect the overall organization in areas of morale and effectiveness.
Marketing Manager

Mallika Kumar

Mallika is a multi-talented and passionate marketing consultant with an impressive track record as a strategic transformational leader who delivers elegant solutions from vision to execution to increase revenue, organizational effectiveness, and profitability.

Mallika is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business, York University (Master of Science: Marketing & Strategy), where she was the editor of the Future of Marketing at Flipboard. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree and Post Graduate Diploma in International Marketing from the University of Delhi.  She has developed integrated marketing strategies for 4+ years for global clients, leveraging targeted offline, online, PR, social media & multi-channel marketing. She has delivered exceptional results by co-creating breakthrough data-driven research analysis and strategies for clients such as Del Monte, Canada Dry, Dhgate.com, Kruger, and many more. She is so excited to be a young woman contributor-innovator in tech, doing her part to show the impact women can make as equal collaborators in the vital ‘high tech for higher gains’ field. She is honored to work with industry thought leaders like Luc Villeneuve, Kam Sabouri and their impressive teams who serve Benchmark’s roster of partners & blue-chip clients.

Clea Gigantes

Clea is trusted advisor guiding public sector leaders on their digital transformation journey leveraging Benchmark’s best-in-class capabilities. Clea grew up in Ottawa and France surrounded by politics and purpose, guided by her trailblazing mother Evelyn Gigantes, former MPP for Ottawa Centre, one of a handful of female ministers in the Bob Rae government. She is a strategic thinker and collaborator, but she’s also a former developer who can also dig deep into the technical challenges. She advanced to sales and solution services leadership in Enterprise. She has a foundation in Technology, business strategy, digital platform strategy, higher education, and Intergenerational & EDI leadership. Clea is a champion for gender & LGBTQ diversity and human rights and is has an outstanding network of enterprising women. Her passion is being a bridge for people, communities and helping clients with complex problems. She led Telus’s Enterprise portfolio nationally for Avaya, promoted to different roles as senior analyst & sales specialist at Xerox, Managed Services, taught software at BCIT and higher education, sales at Apple, and as a DevOps specialist with a Crown Corp. Her daughter Mirah inspires her, a recent university graduate working in marketing data for a leading B2B CRM company.

Inside Sales - Team Lead

Jamie-Lynn Farkas

Jamie has been working in the IT Solution Provider space for the last 9 years supporting a range of different industries in commercial as well as the Provincial and Federal Governments. She has a passion for supporting customers and helping with their challenges by providing innovative and creative solutions that fit within their digital transformation goals. She enjoys working with customers and manufacturers on large, complex projects that require a little extra care and really show the value that Benchmark brings.

Since joining Benchmark Jamie has been working on streamlining process in a rapidly growing organization and has deepened her knowledge on what happens on the backend to grow a thriving business. Her focus is on building systems that scale as new services are brought to the market all while delivering an optimal customer experience.

Jamie grew up watching her mother as a successful account executive at some of the largest IT manufacturers. One of her favourite times in her professional career were when she had the chance to work alongside her mom on large projects. Outside of the office Jamie enjoys travelling, spending time with her nieces and you will often see her with either a crochet hook or knitting needles in hand working on a project.
